I work in Global IT Operations, focusing on reliable and scalable infrastructure. I’m also moving into Operational Technology (OT), helping digitalize operations and better connect IT, OT, and the business.
I’ve worked close to production for most of my career, connecting technology, operations, and people. I value simple, practical solutions and steady improvement over perfection. I treat failures as lessons that help teams move forward.
My leadership style is people-focused and flexible. I believe in teamwork, taking action and responsibility in the same time giving people space to take ownership, learn, and grow.
